INSTRUCTIONS:
1- Download the needed Forms.
2- Fill Out the Form.
(NOTE: to fill out forms using the Free Abode Acrobat Reader DC, open the form, select the Tools Menu and then click on Fill & Sign)
3- Click on the Donation Button and send in Feast Donations. (or send via Postal Mail)
4- Send back the Filled Out Form to us by Email to: [email protected] (or print and send via Postal)
5 – Please type in “Feast Registration” in the Subject Line of your email. – Thank You.
6- We’ll See You At The Feast!
