Why Do We See Anger and Hatred in The World
Men’s Portion
The Great Deacons…
-
Whether we realize it or not, no one can make us angry; anger is a secondary emotion
-
Anger is harmful – a few problems derived from anger: blood sugar imbalance, suppressed immune system, slows body’s metabolism, increases blood pressure
-
Anger can spread to others, compare to house fire – fire increases and spreads to neighboring houses; uncontrolled anger leads to destruction
-
Trees are often symbolic of strength, wisdom, etc. – Yahweh’s Garden portrays Two Trees – one that brings life, the other brings destruction/death; trees should not be used as sacred poles; sun worship leads to violence
Scriptures: Revelation 11:18, Genesis 2:8-9, Yechetzqyah 8:16-17, II Chronicles 15:16, Hosheyah 4:12, Deuteronomy 30:15, 16-20
The Great Kohan Parayah…
-
Lamplight teachings: benefits are soft lighting which helps the mind and pictures era of Yahweh’s Plan that will usher in the Kingdom of Yahweh; helps focus on what is taught by eliminating distractions; lamplight study can and should be a joy
-
Worldly distractions cause mental confusion; guard the mind with all diligence
-
With use of the subconscious mind, Pastor has taught us that we will have the ability to teach/guard the Universe; only Yahweh can give mankind the use of the subconscious mind
-
Adam had the job of naming the animals – he had use of his subconscious mind; sin took the ability to use subconscious mind away from mankind
-
The mind must be fed with Righteousness in order to increase its ability to grow and develop properly, if we fill it with unrighteousness, it will fail us
-
The Law is Holy/Spiritual – through this knowledge we can become Holy/Spiritual as well; the subconscious mind retains it all – the conscious mind receives only a deposit showing what is to come; we can put knowledge to use in our lives with practice – it shows our efforts
-
Tests/trials prove whether we can be trusted or not – we are qualifying for positions; Yahweh will know if we can be trusted with His Laws/His Plan and the use of the subconscious mind
The Great Kohan Levi…
-
The things that our mouth speaks come from our heart – what we store in our hearts
-
A step-by-step process will lead to receiving the Promises of Yahweh; therefore, we must put certain things away from us as listed in Colossians 3:8
-
We must have a pure/clean heart – comes from our diligent efforts to overcome
-
The word abundance (Mattithyah 12:34) shows that which fills the heart; the heart is as a receptacle and stores information – from that abundance/overflow leads to what we speak
-
No man can tame the tongue, because it is fed from the abundance of our hearts which in turn affects the mind and words spill forth
-
Emotions, feelings, thoughts originate from the heart; Yahshua taught this in Yahchanan Mark 7:15-23
-
The word heart from Strong’s shows the seat of emotion, knowledge/wisdom and is a synonym for the word mind
-
We hear the Words of Yahweh as they enter our minds, and our minds helps build the layers in our hearts – the heart is fed the desire (what we choose to study/accept with our minds) and therein we build what we treasure; the heart does one of two things – love/accept what it receives or hates/rejects it
-
The heart feeds it back to the mind “I love this” (referring to the Law) and what comes forth from our mouths
