A Recap of Sabbath Services at the Great House of Yahweh…
Women’s Day
Highlights…
- We often choose to control our words but not our thoughts – why – because we know that our words are powerful
- We must learn to bring every thought under control; put worldly thoughts out of our minds immediately if we want to love Yahweh with all our heart, soul, and might
- Consider our thoughts – if they were known, how would they affect others
- When we can all control our thoughts/words, we will all be in unity
- We may fall short at times but the main goal is to enter Yahweh’s Kingdom as a Family
- We know what Godworship is and how to guard against it – it is for us to make Righteous choices
- Seek first the Kingdom of Yahweh and His Righteousness – this ought to be our main focus
- Struggles are real – we can overcome spiritual struggles if/when we stop wrestling with Yahweh and our authorities
- We have tools to help us to overcome emotions – we can repent if we use all that is available to us; it takes much practice but we can change our thoughts, words, and actions
- We can get our minds/struggles off of ourselves by getting involved in the Work of Yahweh
- If we strive to be a blessing to others, we learn to overcome negative thoughts and influences
- Be like-minded with Yahshua – Yahshua spoke of love – walk according to the Laws of Yahweh
- Guard our thoughts/minds/feelings – we have the ability to do so
- Think of thoughts as a ‘foyer’ where they come in – key is what we do with thoughts when they come in (there are plenty of influences): reject the negative and accept the positive (Righteous)
- Optimism over pessimism discussed showing that being optimistic is beneficial on our goal of attaining the Kingdom of Yahweh
- Give others and ourselves room to grow – we are not quitters
- Yahweh is our Heavenly Father and if we keep His Laws, we have the right to call Him our Father; Yahweh has goals set for each of us – we have opportunity to achieve the character of Yahweh; Yahweh gives us a free choice – He does not want to force His Family to keep His Laws, He wants them to choose Righteousness
- Example of prayer to Yahweh: Yahweh, allow me to 1) remain in Your House forever 2) to be a blessing and not a burden to Your House 3) to never bring any hurt/harm/disappointment to Your Witness, Yisrayl
- Consider what Yahweh sees stored in our hearts – the love for Yahweh’s Laws should flow throughout our bodies; reject bitterness, hatred, and all that is contrary to the Love of Yahweh
- Yahweh’s thoughts include what He has planned for His People
