Featured Verse:

Yahweh is not slack concerning His Promises, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance (II Kepha 3:9)

  • We must prove ourselves worthy of offices/jobs that Yahweh has in store for those who reverence Him
  • Our tests/trials are different from each other’s in accomplishing the Will of Yahweh—every individual has unique circumstances; the Will of Yahweh is that none would perish
  • False teachings, found in the world, are destructive—Yahweh’s Laws will change the hearts/minds of people, so they also can attain to the fullness of peace, joy, and abundant living, that Yahweh has purposed
  • We have an invitation to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb; dressed in fine linen (pure/bright) which shows our humility
  • Yahshua has trained for 2,000 years in order to represent us before the courts of heaven

2. Instructive

Featured Verse

Do not forsake the gathering of ourselves together, as the manner of some is, but exhorting one another; and so much more as you see the day approaching (Hebrews 10:25)

  • Keeping the Sabbath is a Law of Yahweh—do not forsake the gathering, it is a Holy Convocation for Yahweh’s People; a convocation is the assembly of Yahweh’s People at His House
  • We are to learn how to love our neighbor/brother as ourselves—true ‘Ahab’
  • Creation is waiting for the Family of Yahweh—we are learning to serve one another as we build ourselves to be a part of Yahweh’s Kingdom
  • It is our responsibility to build The House of Yahweh—must build according to instructive teachings found in The Book of Yahweh/teachings of The House of Yahweh
  • Be clothed in humility, because Yahweh resists the proud—those who show themselves above others

3. Inspirational

Featured Verse

You are no longer strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the Saints and members of The House of Yahweh; and are built on the foundation of the Apostles and Prophets, Yahshua Messiah Himself the Chief Cornerstone (Ephesians 2:19-20)

  • The Hebrew word, ‘Ahab,’ is different from the world’s demonstration of love; in this time period, in The House of Yahweh, the word ‘Ahab,’ is used to untie the bands of wickedness
  • In the world, love is associated with lust, wickedness, and sin; in The House of Yahweh, Scripture interprets Scripture—love is not unconditional—love, ‘Ahab’ is based on keeping Yahweh’s Laws
  • Ahab is wisdom, taught by Yahweh, through His written Word/Instruction – examples include: forgiveness, turn the other cheek, etc.; ‘Ahab’ is a work—show your love by your works (this is Ahab)
  • To be clothed in humility proves our state of heart/mind—humble ourselves to the Work; the Work of Yahweh is to believe into the One Sent; also reflects our character/humbleness of mind toward the Work of Yahweh
  • Yahshua’s mindset was lowly, willing to abase Himself, taking the form of a Servant

4. Insightful

Featured Verse

The first man Adam became a living being; the last Adam, a life-giving spirit (I Corinthians 15:45)

  • First comes obedience, then comes understanding; reverence of Yahweh is in instruction/wisdom
  • A strong spirit is sustained by the Spirit of Yahweh, Psalm 119:105—Your Law is a lamp to our feet, and a light to our path
  • To be profitable we must take care of the interests/needs of others
  • We are in The House of Yahweh, because we are called to guard/protect what Yahweh has created; it is imperative that our children understand Yahweh’s Plan, the purpose of our/their calling
  • To be clothed in humility, shows our state of mind—to be ’subject to one another’ as ‘servants to one another’

Concluding verses:

It is the Spirit that gives life; the flesh is useless. The Laws that I speak to you, they are Spirit, and they are life everlasting (Yahchanan 6:33)
