Highlights from today’s services

It is written: Man does not live by bread alone, but by every Word that proceeds out of the Mouth of Yahweh (Mattithyah 4:4)

  • Yahweh’s People will receive rewards for learning to become Teachers of Righteousness
  • Hold fast to The House of Yahweh – unity is key; build up our minds to resist negative influences
  • The Laws of Yahweh teach us how to take care of ourselves; we are taught the Truth and we recognize deceptions in world/religious impostors

Therefore, to you who believe, He is precious; but to those who are disobedient: The stone, which the builders rejected, has become the Head of the corner, and a stone of stumbling and a rock of offense. They stumble, being disobedient to the Law of Yahweh, to which also they were appointed. But you are a chosen generation, a royal Priesthood, a holy nation, a peculiar people; that you would show forth the praises of Him who has called you out of darkness into His marvellous light—who in time past were not a people, but are now the People of Yahweh; who had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy. (I Kepha 2:7-10)

  • It is hard to see Satan’s attacks upon us if we hold on to hate, bitterness
  • Yahweh tests us to see if we will keep His Laws or not—He will know our capabilities
  • Mankind has forsaken the Laws of Yahweh—which is cause of breakdown throughout the land; Satan’s teachings are like an opposite parallel, that will end in man’s downfall

He will judge among the nations, and will rebuke many people; they will beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruning hooks; nation will not lift up sword against nation, neither will they learn war anymore. (Isayah 2:4)

  • Agriculture is about life—life begetting life; House of Yahweh classes do this as well
  • People do not need our ‘insults’ but rather the teachings of Yahweh’s Laws and Righteous conduct—this is productive—this is the only thing that will eventually bring the world back to health and peace
  • Yahweh’s people teach by example—we can visualize mankind, with thoughts/actions that are undefiled, knowing it first begins with us

Yes, all of you be subject one to the other, and be clothed with humility, for Yahweh resists the proud, but gives mercy to the humble. Therefore, humble yourselves under the mighty Hand of Yahweh, in order that He will exalt you in due time; casting all our care upon Him, for He cares for you. (I Kepha 5:5-7)

  • Yahweh’s Plan is to bring life, peace, and joy—we must do our part, which is to train in His Laws; we can be the embodiment of the fruits of Righteousness
  • Understand humility—Pastor defines it as a quality, a state of mind/heart, modest, lowly, (more than an absence of pride), to be humble to the Work of Yahweh; we must let go of our own way and submit to Yahweh’s Way
  • We have every opportunity to obtain the ‘right garment’ necessary to enter the Kingdom of Yahweh; to become like “little children” strive to be 1) trusting 2) lowly 3) loving 4) forgiving

If any man wants to be first, he should be last of all and servant of all. And He took a child, and set him in the midst of them; and when He had taken him in His arms, He said to them: Whoever receives one of these little children in My Name receives Me; and whoever receives me, receives not only Me, but Him Who sent Me.
