**Quick Summary: download form, complete it, print it to pdf and email completed form to us.
DOWNLOAD the REGISTRATION FORM (Right Click Registration link button below and select save link as) – and fill in the form.
ONCE COMPLETED – Here is what you MUST DO: *Select FILE from the top left hand corner on the Menu Bar *Select PRINT… *In the PRINTER box click the down arrow and select ADOBE PDF *In the picture box, you should see a small picture of your filled out form *Click on the PRINT button *If you think it hangs up – it is not – you will notice another dialog box pop up asking where you want to SAVE the file and NAME it. *Name it REGISTRATION 2023-COMPLETED (this makes it easier to know what file to email back). *Once saved, EMAIL the completed form back to us at:[email protected]
– Please add FEAST REGISTRATION in the SUBJECT Field of your email.
NOTE: if you DO NOT Print it this way, your form will be BLANK.
