A Recap of Sabbath Services at the Great House of Yahweh…
Men’s Presentation
Highlights:
- We are instructed to strive for perfection by following Yahweh’s Laws – Yahshua is our example, Yisrayl explained this in his teachings
- The work of Yahweh is not easy: but it reflects what we have been taught by Yisrayl over the years; tests and trials perfect Yahweh’s people; each member of Yahweh’s House is part of Yahweh’s plan—we must recognize, understand, and agree with Yahweh’s plan and choose to serve one another; study is first part, then recognize we are under one another’s scrutiny in our performance of Yahweh’s Laws
- We stumble when anger seems justified – we do not have the right to be angry; within our carnal mind are desires—when within the boundaries of Yahweh’s Laws these desires are acceptable—when we step outside of Yahweh’s Laws, they are not acceptable
- Believe in Yahweh over our tendencies to believe in ourselves—pride and conflict cause confusion; misunderstanding one another is not sin but how we react can lead to sin; humility is key to controlling natural reactions of anger, frustrations, etc.—which must be overcome
- Details on the ‘city of refuge’ discussed with comparisons to our calling and election in these Last Days
- Anger – Greek word means: desire and need for impassioned expressions, violent passion; it is an emotion that we ought to respect (not saying that anger deserves respect—but rather recognize it’s potential, which could lead to sin)
- Fear, anxiety, guilt, embarrassment, sadness, jealousy, etc. can accompany or compares with anger; in His wisdom Yahweh instructs us to seek peace, to rejoice, be glad, and so forth
- Being at one with Yisrayl, Yahshua, and Yahweh discussed from Pastor’s explanations on Psalm 2:12
- Those who will come out of tribulation will need our help; we ought not to set ‘the bar too high’ but be ready to assist
- Rivers, lakes, and oceans showing signs of loss confirming prophesied plagues for this time period; therefore, world food supply is in danger
- Methods of storing, preparing food supplies in times of shortage and drought presented and discussed; emphasis on not complaining but focusing on our endurance
