Yahweh's Plan In The Last Days To Usher In His Kingdom
The Last Days' Plan Starts With Two Witnesses
It is plain to see that the Two Witnesses are brothers from the same mother's womb, as Isayah states.
Isayah
44:1-8—
1 Yet
now hear, O Yaaqob My
servant, and Yisrayl whom I have chosen,
2
This is what Yahweh says, Who
made you and formed you from the womb, Who will help you: Do not be
afraid, Yaaqob My servant and Yeshurun; Beloved Yisrayl, whom
I have appointed.
3 For
I will pour water upon him
who is thirsty, and floods upon the dry ground; I will pour out My
Spirit upon your seed, and My blessing upon your offspring.
4
They will spring up among the
grass, as willows by the water courses.
5 One
will say; I belong to
Yahweh, and the same will call himself with the name of Yaaqob. The
other will subscribe with his hand, and write; I belong to Yahweh, and isurname
himself with the name of Yisrayl.
6
This is what Yahweh, the King
of Israyl, and Redeemer, Yahweh of hosts, says: I am the
first, and I am the last, and except for Me
there is no source of power!
7 And
Who, as I, will foretell,
and set it in order for Me, since I appointed the ancient people? And
the things which are coming, and will come, let them foretell them.
8 Do
not fear, nor be afraid.
Have I not told you from that time, and have declared; You are
My witnesses! Is there a source of power
except Me? Truly, there is no other Rock;
I know not one.
It is also evident that the older brother (always named first) is given to death before the younger brother (always named second). The fact that Yaaqob is named first shows that he is the older of the two. Where there is no rank involved, the older brother would naturally be mentioned first.
Their work is to foretell future events, just as Isayah 44:7 states. This work is what Yaaqob and I did together for years. We were virtually inseparable; we kept the weekly Sabbath together; we kept the Feasts together; and we studied and taught together.
I remember a time in the early 1950's when we had a radio program called "The Question And Answer Program" on a station in Eastland, Texas. The format of this program began with a ten minute dialog, in which I would discuss the subject that would be covered; then for the next twenty minutes, we would ask each other questions, relevant to this subject from the Law and prophets.
One of the many subjects covered on this program, during the early 1950's, was the subject of the Great Tribulation. Although neither of us realized it at the time, we were, in fact, fulfilling the prophecy written about the Two Witnesses in Isayah 44:7 of foretelling future events. And we were together.
Of course, at that time neither of us even knew that there were prophecies concerning the Two Witnesses in the Scriptures, which concerned us. Nor did we know at that time that Yahweh would establish His House in the Last Days, through us. Nor did we realize that Yahweh Himself had called and surnamed us with the names: Yaaqob and Yisrayl, before the foundation of the world. He inspired this to be written by the Prophet Isayah.
Isayah
45:4—
For Yaaqob
My
servant's sake, and Yisrayl My chosen; and I
call you by your name (Yaaqob); and I surname you
(Yisrayl), though you did not recognize that it was Me.
Neither did we realize at that time that prophecy showed that we would become separated one day over the word of Yahweh.
Yaaqob and I were closer than most brothers. We worked together year after year. We studied together. We went to college together and we taught the same things.
We only became geographically separated in 1969, when Yaaqob, his wife, their four children, and two other families moved to the land of Israyl, to a settlement in the Negev, later moving to Nazareth. Even before that time, we thought we were to be the Two Witnesses. We thought we would both move to Israyl, where the work would be carried on for seven years of tribulation.
I did not agree with Yaaqob's reason for moving to Israyl in 1969. I told him then that it was not time for the tribulation to begin. I thought that he was getting ahead of Yahweh in moving to Israyl so soon. However, Yahweh did have a plan. In this plan was the way to surname Yaaqob, and to find the only name of the work of Yahweh in history—The House of Yahweh.
When Yaaqob was getting his papers processed, in order to enter the land of Israyl as a Jewish immigrant, he had a hostile encounter with one of the authorities. It seemed that one could not become a citizen of Israyl with a name that was only initials. Yaaqob's given name at birth was J.G. Hawkins. Due to this prophesied hostile encounter and under duress, Yaaqob simply said: "Well, just call me Jacob." This is the way Yahweh surnamed Yaaqob, in 1969.
While he was in Israyl, we continued to work together. He wrote and printed a small newsletter at first, then later a small magazine and I supported these financially. These were mailed from Israyl to the United States, to as many as we could with the finances we had at that time.
It was also while Yaaqob was in Israyl, that the name of Yahweh's Work was discovered. In The Jerusalem Post, Friday, June 29,1973, there was an article, "Unearthing The Land," which was a review in which Dr. Avraham Biran discussed the past twenty-five years of archeology in Israyl, In this review are these words: "At Arad, excavated by Yohanan Aharoni, reference is made to a HOUSE OF YHWH..." Above this was an illustrated drawing of the find.

This mantle stone, upon which was engraved in Hebrew letters: BAYIT YAHWEH (The House of Yahweh) was said to once be over the Apostle Kepha's house. But, this discovery turned out to be more than just a house; it was from this discovery that Yaaqob and I were given the true name for the work of Yahweh in these Last Days—The House of Yahweh.
Yaaqob immediately wrote to me, telling me of this great find. I also was receiving The Jerusalem Post, and I had also written to him, telling him that I thought this was the greatest event since the Holy Scriptures were written. Yaaqob went to see this mantle stone. Three more have since been uncovered.
What a blessing to discover the Name by which Yahweh's Work had always been called! We were miles apart, but we were rejoicing together, in unity, as the many Scriptures flashed through our minds concerning the prophecies of The House of Yahweh.
There are two identical prophecies which show that The House of Yahweh would be established in the top nation in the Last Days. One prophecy is written in Micahyah 4:1 with the identical prophecy written in Isayah 2:2. Isayah is the same book which gives so much information about the Two Witnesses, and the Work of Yahweh for these Last Days.
It is also in the book of Isayah that it was revealed, after the fact, that the Witness Yisrayl leaves the Witness Yaaqob, because of the customs which Yaaqob brought back from the land of Israyl, when he returned to the United States.
Isayah
2:5-6,8,18,22—
5 O House
of Yaaqob,
come and let us walk in the light of Yahweh.
6 You
have forsaken
your people, the house of Yaaqob, because they are filled with customs
from the east; they are soothsayers like the Philistines, and
they are pleased in the children of strangers.
8
Their way is also
full of gods (elohim); they worship the work of their own
hands, that which their own fingers have made,
18
For He will utterly abolish
the gods (elohim)!
22
Sever yourselves from such a
man, for of what account is he?
In January, 1975, when Yaaqob returned to the States, his first stop before going on to Odessa, Texas, was my home in Abilene, Texas, where he remained over-night. I discussed the progress of the work with him, and offered land that I had already purchased in order to build the Sanctuary for The House of Yahweh. However, our separation was foretold; we would not work together. Yaaqob went on to Odessa; I remained in Abilene but we both remained in contact.
Because of the close contact which my brother Yaaqob maintained with an Orthodox Rabbi in Israyl, Yaaqob accepted the tradition of separating meat and milk.
I tried to convince Yaaqob that we should not teach this tradition as a Law of Yahweh. At our first discussion about this Scriptural matter, he initially agreed with me. Later, he insisted that it be taught in this manner. After several weeks of writing back and forth; my sending proof that we could not preach this as Law; he sending rebuttals, I simply told him that I could not teach this tradition as a Law of Yahweh.
As a result of my refusal to follow this tradition, and because my brother Yaaqob was determined to preach it as a Law of Yahweh, he felt that we could no longer work together as a team. I eventually felt the same, so he continued to work in Odessa, Texas, where he settled after returning from Israyl, and I continued the Work in Abilene.
The Dedication Of The Work Of Yahweh By The Two Witness
On October 9, 1980, The House of Yahweh, Abilene, held its first services in my own home, at which time there were only eight people present. I acquired a mobile home and began to renovate it for use as a sanctuary. This work took approximately two months to finish. My brother Yaaqob was in complete agreement with this. Yaaqob agreed that this work would be The House of Yahweh.
It was in November, 1980, that I called my brother, telling him that this mobile home was almost finished for use as a Sanctuary, and I wanted him to come and dedicate it to Yahweh on the Feast of Dedication, December 2, 1980. Yaaqob gladly accepted this invitation, and brought with him his family and other members of The House of Yahweh from Odessa.

Yaaqob
brought the sermon that night, "The Feast of Dedication, Dedicating
This Work Of The House Of Yahweh, To Yahweh!" There were two Elders
present to present this work to Yahweh's service. These Elders were
Yaaqob and Yisrayl.
Since this time, the work of Yahweh has always been known in these Last Days by the same name that every inspired work of Yahweh down through the pages of history was known: The House of Yahweh.
The word dedication literally means renewal. These words, dedication and consecration, refer to the renewal of the worship of Yahweh.
These same words refer to the dedication of the altar in the Tabernacle after the Exodus (Numbers 7:10-11), in The House of Yahweh built by Solomon (I Kings 8:63, II Chronicles 7:7), and in The House of Yahweh rebuilt after the Babylonian Captivity (Ezrayah 6:16).
In these Last Days, The House of Yahweh, by the Two Witnesses whom Yahweh ordained was dedicated to Yahweh, thereby initiating the renewal of the worship of Yahweh in this world.
The Surnaming of Yisrayl
It was while my brother was in Israel that I began wanting to change my name. I wrote to Yaaqob about this desire, and expressed my feelings that my name, I felt, was a hindrance to Yahweh's work. I was named at birth by my next oldest brother. He named me Buffalo Bill Hawkins.
This in itself was what many would call a miracle. My brother, who said these words when the family was thinking of a name for me, was only one year old. My family, astonished that he said it so plainly, decided it must be inspired. They decided to name me with that name, although the name did not seem quite right to them at that time. I am told my one-year-old brother plainly said the name Buffalo Bill and all the family heard it.
Growing up I never felt that this name reflected the plan the Creator had for me. It wasn't until it was revealed to me much later that I understood the significance of this name and how Yahweh had His hand in this all along.
The English word or name buffalo actually traces back to a Hebrew word written in the Holy Scriptures. A Hebrew and Chaldee Lexicon to the Old Testament by Julius Furst, page 1454, shows that in the original Hebrew Holy Scriptures, the Hebrew root word ta (at) and its derivatives means a wild ox or a buffalo. This same Hebrew word ta (at), which Dr. Furst shows to mean buffalo is also listed on page 1641 of Volume 2 of the Hebrew-Aramaic-English Dictionary by Marcus Jastrow, which shows this word also means Yahash was kept hidden in the compartments of The House of Yahweh.
Most people would either ignore this, or they would study this no further. But, there is more to find, so the study has to continue. The name Yahash (vuwy) that Dr. Jastrow says is part of the meaning of the same Hebrew word ta (at) that Dr. Furst said was translated buffalo in some scriptures, is listed on page 375 of The Lexicon in Veteris Testamenti Libros by Koehler and Baumgartner, which shows this word or name is a compound word that combined the name Yah (y), the syllabic form of the Name Yahweh; and the Hebrew word owash (vwu). The Hebrew word owash that became the second part of the word or name Yahash (vuwy) is listed on page 691 of the Lexicon in Veteris Testamenti Libros by Koehler and Baumgartner, which shows this word means to restore.
So, what the Hebrew word ta (at) that is translated buffalo actually means is: Yahweh hid him… in order to restore The House of Yahweh.
If one was searching computers of the heavens, to locate the Last Days' Witness, you would probably not be looking for a name like Buffalo Bill Hawkins. This is one way that Yawheh protected my brother and myself. Even within my very name, He shows He hid us in order to bring forth His work.
However, when the work of Yahweh was dedicated in 1980, and as the months went by after that, the longing to have my name changed became stronger and stronger, until the desire to change my name actually started interfering with my every thought. It was only at this point that I felt I could put this off no longer.
It was in the Spring of 1982 when I finally contacted an attorney to initiate these legal proceedings. His first question was, "Why do you want to change your name? The judge will want to know." My reply was, "I feel my given name is a hindrance to the work of Yahweh that I am involved in." It was on this premise that this legal proceeding was initiated.
There were so many of what man would certainly call coincidences in the change of my name to Yisrayl. So many, in fact, that it became readily apparent that it was Yahweh guiding this to take place. For instance, the day before I was to go before the judge to have my name legally changed to Israyl, I was on the phone with my lawyer, discussing these proceedings with him. While I was on the phone, finalizing these plans for the next day, my wife came into my office, interrupted my conversation and informed me that this name should be spelled Yisrayl. At this point, I told my lawyer this correct spelling, and he informed me that we would have to change this court date, in order to correct this error.
Had it not been for Yahweh's guidance in this matters, my name would have been spelled differently than what Yahweh's prophecies proclaimed.
It
was the next week, on March
15, 1982, that the judge granted my name change legally, thereby
fulfilling the prophecy that the Witness Yisrayl would do this very
thing. This case was filed on March 16, 1982. These legal proceedings
proclaim:
IV.
Petitioner
desires to adopt as
his legal given name Yisrayl so that his full name will be Yisrayl Bill
Hawkins, Petitioner wishes to adopt the given name of Yisrayl in honor
to his essential commitment to his Creator, Yahweh.
V.
It is
accordingly in Petitioner's
interest and benefit to change his name, which Petitioner does not
request an order to, and which will not have the effect to release,
discharge, or destroy any obligation, responsibility or right against
or entitlement of Petitioner under his original name.
Petitioner therefore prays that
the Court grant the relief requested, and for such other relief to
which Petitioner may be entitled.
Before this time, I was not aware of the prophecy in Isayah 44:5, which referred to the calling and surnaming of Yahweh's Two Witnesses, referring to me and my brother. It was only two weeks later, just before Passover of 1982, that Yahweh revealed this prophecy to me. It was only at this time that I recognized that my brother had fulfilled the circumstances of this name being called Yaaqob, in the year 1969 and that I had fulfilled the legal surnaming of myself in 1982, fulfilling these prophecies to the minute detail.
It is a Scriptural fact that Yahweh had called Yaaqob with his name, and had surnamed me with the name of Yisrayl, although I did not know it at the time. Yes, Yahweh Himself wrote that it was He Who did this, but the Scriptural fact was only revealed to me in 5-1991.
Isayah
45:4—
For
Yaaqob My servant's sake, and
Yisrayl My chosen; I call you by your name, (Yaaqob) I surnamed you
(Yisrayl), though you did not recognize it was Me.
Lawsuit
It was in the Fall of 1989, that a suit was filed against The House of Yahweh, Abilene by a well-known Sacred Name Assembly. Our attorney's opinion was that this organization was attempting to squash The House of Yahweh, just as they had squashed every other organization that used Yahweh's Name previous to this time.
It was during the testimony phase of this suit, when The House of Yahweh, Abilene was battling against this assembly, that this same assembly called my brother Yaaqob and attempted to get Yaaqob to side with them.
I do not know every detail, but by what Yaaqob told me, and I quote, "They tried to buy me." Yaaqob went on to say, "I told them, I know what Yahweh has called me to do, but I don't know what Yahweh wants you to do."
In fact this assembly was basing their case on Yaaqob's willingness to betray The House of Yahweh, Abilene. Had Yaaqob been tempted with this, the whole House of Yahweh would have crumbled.
However, Yahweh was with us. Yahweh sent to The House of Yahweh the vital information we needed, in order to fight this takeover. Yahweh also sent enough information to convince my brother Yaaqob that this assembly's stated aim was to bring every sacred Name worship under their organizational umbrella. This assembly would not legally challenge any segregated groups of sacred name assembly or assemblies, as long as these small groups did not print nor publish, in an effort to gain converts. However, once they did this, the large assembly would bring a lawsuit against the small assembly, claiming: breach of trademark and/or servicemark. Of course, the result of this is that there is only one large assembly in this world today.
It was at this time, that I and my brother joined forces to battle this assembly, which, by the way, claims that it is worshiping Yahweh.
It was at this time that my brother Yaaqob and I ministered together, to protect the Name of Yahweh's only prophesied work: The House of Yahweh, from all onslaughts. It was also at this time that the prophecy was fulfilled in Isayah.
Isayah
48:13—
...when
I summon them together,
they will minister together.
Our defense was successful; but most importantly, Yahweh Himself used this Lawsuit to fulfill prophecy to bring Yaaqob and I together before his death.
During my visit to Odessa, Texas, to talk with my brother about this lawsuit, I remember asking my brother if he was about ready to go to Israyl, and do what we had been called to do. I was still thinking, at that time, that the Two Witnesses would go to Israyl together, and minister together there for 3½ years, die there at the same time, and lie in the street of Yerusalem for the last 3½ years of the Great Tribulation. Of course, the Scriptures do not say such a thing, but at that time I believed they did. I did not even begin to research the correct meaning of Revelation 11:1-12, until I realized that my brother Yaaqob was on his death bed. I knew that he was ill when I went to see him in the Summer of 1990, but I did not realize that his illness was as serious as it actually was.
It was on Sabbath, March 16, 1991 that I received a phone call from Yaaqob's wife, while I was at the sanctuary in Abilene. She stated Yaaqob's request that I come; and after a night of prayer and fasting, I arrived in Odessa the next day. Yaaqob died on Friday, March 22, 1991, approximately 3:00 a.m. He was buried approximately 3:00 p.m. that same afternoon.
Someone asked me if my confidence was shaken at Yaaqob's death. I was deeply grieved. But, as for Yahweh's Work, I have seen so many prophecies come to pass before I understood what had taken place. This was no exception. My judgment is with Yahweh, and my work is with my Father.
I knew there was further proof concerning Yahweh's Two Witnesses; proof that I had not searched out. This particular proof was within the mistranslated Scriptures in the King James Version, written in Revelation 11:1-12. It was eventually revealed, through Yahweh's Scriptures, that Yahweh had chosen to wait until Yaaqob's testimony was completely finished, before He revealed to me that Yaaqob would die. It was also after Yaaqob's death, before Yahweh revealed the full work that The House of Yahweh would do in the Last 3½ years of the tribulation, the work of gathering the full number of Gentiles into The House of Yahweh.
