  No single institution or country has the capacity needed to respond to international public health emergencies caused by epidemics, natural disasters or environmental emergencies, or by new and emerging infectious diseases, according to WHO.
  The first concerns new, highly contagious diseases, such as severe acute respiratory syndrome (Sars) and avian influenza, which know no borders, according to the report. Their potential to cause international harm means that outbreaks cannot be treated as purely national issues.
  In the past few decades, new diseases have begun emerging at an unprecedented rate of one or more per year. "Although the burden can be greater for the developing world, epidemic-prone disease are a growing threat to all nations," Chan said.
  In 1997, avian influenza or bird flu caused the destruction of Hong Kongs entire poultry population. In just three days, 1.5 million birds were killed by the authorities in order to prevent the spread of the disease.
  The fifth issue is environmental change, which has a growing effect on health. "People are dying upwards of 60,000 in recent years in climate-related natural disasters, mainly in developing countries," according to WHO statistics.
  The sixth issue is HIV/AIDS, with an estimated 36.5 million people living with the disease in 2006. The epidemic is a global phenomenon that adversely affects not only the health but also the economy and stability of many countries.
  The seventh issue is building health security. A framework of collaboration laid out by the International Health Regulations (IHRS) and various existing surveillance networks can provide an effective early warning and response system.

Gonorrhea Drug-Resistant Microbe Outsmarts Antibiotics
Warning of a looming public health crisis, the Infectious Disease Society of America (IDSA) called for new antibiotics to treat gonorrhea, a common drug-resistant "superbug" that has become increasingly difficult to treat.

Atlanta, GA. infoZine - IDSAs plea came in response to an announcement today by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) that gonorrhea resistance to powerful antibiotics known as fluoroquinolones has become widespread throughout the country.
  "Gonorrhea has now joined the list of other superbugs for which treatment options have become dangerously few," said Henry Masure, MD, president of IDSA. "To make a bad problem even worse, we're also seeing a decline in the development of new antibiotics to treat these infections."
  In recent years, drug-resistant strains of gonorrhea have become more common. This problem isn't unique to gonorrhea. All types of bacteria quickly mutate and may produce as many as 500,000 generations during one human generation. In order to survive, these bacteria develop resistance to antibiotics.
 Other infections that are becoming difficult to treat because of drug resistance include methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), a life-threatening infection that has become increasingly common among young children; Acinetobacter baumannii, a growing cause of hospital-acquired pneumonia and drug-resistant infections among soldiers returning from Iraq and Afghanistan; and vancomycin-resistant Enterococcus faecium (VRE), a major cause of bloodstream infections, infections of the heart, meningitis, and intra-abdominal infections.
  "I have lost patients because the drugs that worked against these superbugs 10 years ago do not work today," said Dr. Masur. "Sadly, virtually every infectious disease doctor I know has experienced similar tragedies."

CDC Says Gonorrhea is Drug-Resistant
To avoid a health crisis, officials advise that a different class of drugs be used to treat gonorrhea, now on the list of superbugs resistant to common antibiotics.
ATLANTA (April 13) The sexually transmitted disease gonorrhea is joining the list of "superbugs" resistant to common antibiotics, leading U.S. health officials to recommend wider use of a different class of antibiotics to avert a public health crisis.
  "Gonorrhea has now joined the list of other superbugs for which treatment options have become dangerously few," said Dr. Henry Masur, president of the Infectious Disease Society of America, on Thursday. "To make a bad problem even worse, we're also seeing a decline in the development of new antibiotics to treat these infections."
  Since the early 1990s, gonorrhea patients have had a relatively easy fix for one of the most common sexually transmitted diseases, which can leave men infertile and put people at higher risk of getting the virus that causes AIDS.
 But the bacterial infection increasingly has become resistant to fluroquinolones, a class of antibiotics that includes Cipro, prompting the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention on Thursday to recommend a different class of antibiotics.
  Cephalosporins, which include the generic ceftriaxone or brand name Rocephin must be given as a shot and are not as readily stocked as Cipro on most doctors shelves.
  The CDC made the new recommendation after discovering that nearly 7 percent of gonorrhea cases among heterosexual men in a survey of 26 U.S. cities last year were drug-resistant strains of the disease. In 2001, only about 0.6 percent of gonorrhea cases among heterosexual men were drug-resistant.
  "That leaves us with a single class of highly effective antibiotics," said Dr. John Douglas Jr., director of the CDCs division of STD prevention. Other experts called the situation perilous.

It is very fitting that the word perilous would be used in describing this situation, because that is the exact word used by the Inspired Apostle Shaul in:
II Timothy 3:1—
Know this also: that in the last days perilous times will come.

Notice the word perilous in the previous verse; now notice what he was referring to.

II Timothy 3:1-7—
1 Know this also: that in the last days perilous times will come.
2 For men will be lovers of themselves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers; without a truce, unforgiving, false accusers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of those who are Righteous,
4 Traitors; betrayers, headstrong, arrogant, lovers of pleasure more than lovers of Yahweh,
5 Having a form of holiness, but denying the authority of it—from such turn away!
6 For they are the sort who creep into the houses, and lead away silly women who are loaded down with sins, captured by various lusts,
7 Always learning, but never able to come to the knowledge of the Truth.

According to Strongs Exhaustive Concordance, the word perilous is word #5467 and means:

Also notice in II Timothy 3:1, the Apostle Shaul was speaking of and used the words "the Last Days". Keep the previous Scriptures in mind as you read the following:
II Timothy 3:12-13—
12 Yes, and all who will live righteously, as Yahshua Messiah, will suffer persecution.
13 But evil men and imposters will grow worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived.

In II Timothy 3:1-7, 13, the Apostle Shaul described today's religions which seek after pleasure, but never read, teach or follow the Holy Scriptures. They have a form of holiness, but it's not based on the Laws of Yahweh that would guide one away from the evil that is being wrought on the earth today. They deny Yahweh and His Laws, and by so doing, their followers have all turned to sin.

Sin is exactly what is causing the STDs, the worst of which you have not yet seen, until this year. Yes, STDs and the curses of sin will continue to grow worse until four-fifths of the earth's population are gone. Notice what the Savior said the Last Days would be like.

Mattithyah 24:3-7—
3 Now as He sat on the Mount of Olives, the Disciples came to Him privately, saying; Tell us, when will these things be? What will be the sign of Your coming and the end of the age?
4 Yahshua answered, and said to them: Be on guard, so that no man deceives you;
5 For many will come against My Name, saying: I am anointed to preach salvation!—and will deceive many.
6 And you will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not troubled; for all these things must come to pass. But the end is not yet.
7 For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, and there will be famines, and pestilences; disease epidemics, and earthquakes in place after place.

Mattithyah 24:11-12—
11 And many false prophets will rise, and will deceive the many.
12 And because iniquity; the breaking of Yahweh's Law, will abound, the love of the many will grow cold.

Mattithyah 24:21-22—
21 For then will be Great Tribulation, such as has not come to pass since the beginning of the world to this time—no, nor ever will be.
22 And unless those days were shortened, there would no flesh be saved; but for the Elect's sake, those days will be shortened.

Mattithyah 24:29—
Immediately, but after the Tribulation of those days will the sun be darkened, and the moon will not give her light, and the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken.

Mattithyah 24:37-39—
37 But just as the days of Noah were, so will also be the coming of the Son of Man;
38 For just as in those days before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying while giving in marriage, until the day that Noah went into the ark,
39 And did not know until the flood came and swept them all away. So also will be the coming of the Son of Man.

Genesis 6:5, 11-12—
5 Then Yahweh saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and every intent of the thoughts of man's heart was only evil, continually.
11 The earth also was corrupt before Yahweh, and the earth was lawless, filled with violence.
12 So Yahweh looked upon the earth, and indeed it was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted their way on the earth. 

All religions today ignore and even teach against the Laws of Yahweh. They dropped all of Yahweh's Laws, including the Laws against fornication, adultery, sodomy and bestiality. When television became popular in the 1950s, every household, from the richest to the poorest, had a television.

Isayah 24:1-6—
1 Before Yahweh's very eyes, the earth is made empty and it is made waste; the face of it is perverted and its inhabitants scattered abroad;
2 And it will be: as with the people, so with the priests; as with the servant, so with his owner; as with the maid, so with her mistress; as with the buyer, so with the seller; as with the lender, so with the borrower; as with him who takes usury, so with him who gives usury to him:
3 The land will be utterly emptied and utterly plundered, for it has come to pass that this Judgment has been pronounced.
4 The earth mourns and fades away, the world mourns and fades away, and the haughty people of the earth languish.
5 The earth also is defiled because of the inhabitants of it, because they have transgressed the Laws, changed the Ordinance, and broken the Everlasting Covenant.
6 Because of this, the curse has devoured the earth, and they who dwell therein are desolate; therefore, the inhabitants of the earth are burned, and few men left.

When the Laws are not taught and practiced, sin abounds; when sin increases, the result of sin increases, in the form of sickness, disease, STDs and death.

Described by Douglas as a "very wily" disease, gonorrhea has worked its way through decades of other treatment regimens, from sulfa drugs used in the 1930s and 1940s, to penicillin, which was used from the 1940s until the mid-1980s.
  "We are running out of options to treat this disease," said Douglas, who said there are "no new drugs for gonorrhea in the drug development pipeline."
  The CD estimates that more than 700,000 people in the U.S. acquire gonorrhea each year through sexual contact. It is the second most commonly reported infectious disease in the United States, trailing only chlamydia, which the CDC says affects more than 2.1 million people yearly in the U.S.
  The highest rates of infection are among sexually active teens, young adults and African-Americans. Because many people do not have obvious symptoms, they can unknowingly spread it to others. In women, gonorrhea can cause pelvic inflammatory disease. In men, it can cause, epididymitis, a painful condition of the testicles that can lead to infertility.

The news articles you just read are only a small portion of what STDs are doing in and to the world. Remember, the Prophets and the Savior showed that those in this time period in which we now live, will witness or die witnessing what sin, permitted by all religions, has done and is still doing to the world. Again notice the following verses:

In verse 2, Yahweh shows that the religious leaders are the real cause of today's curses—sickness, disease, defilement, confusion, hatred, violence, fighting, war and destructive burning—yet, the people will suffer along with the priests (preachers/pastors).

Sin is the breaking of Yahweh's Laws.

I Yahchanan 3:4—
Whoever commits sin, transgresses also the Law; for sin is the transgression of the Law.

In this time period, most people desire to be deceived. If they did not desire deception, they would believe the Inspired Prophets and Apostles. There is no mistaking their words.

I Yahchanan 3:7-8—
7 Little children, let no man deceive you; he who practices Righteousness is Righteous, just as He is Righteous.
8 He who commits sin is of the devil, for the devil has sinned from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of Yahweh was manifested; that He might destroy the works of the devil.

Notice, the Apostle John (Yahchanan), in every bible, says that every person, preacher, Pope, rabbi, priest or whatever you may call yourself, if you practice breaking Yahweh's Laws, any Law, you belong to Satan, not to Yahweh or the Savior. Unless you desire to be deceived, you would believe the Savior when He says to you the following:
Mattithyah 7:15, 17—
15 Beware of false prophets who come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.
17 Likewise, every Righteous tree brings forth Righteous fruit; but a tree of evil brings forth fruit of iniquity.

Righteousness is keeping Yahweh's Laws. Read this for yourself in your own Scriptures.

I Yahchanan 3:7—
Little children, let no man deceive you; he who practices Righteousness is Righteous, just as He is Righteous.

Deuteronomy 6:1, 25—
1 Now these are the Laws, the Statutes, and the Judgments which Yahweh your Father has commanded me to teach you: so that you may observe them in the land you are crossing over to possess;
25 And it will be our Righteousness, if we observe to do all of this Law before Yahweh our Father, as He has commanded us.

Righteousness is the opposite of sin. Sin is the breaking of Yahweh's Laws.

I Yahchanan 3:8—
He who commits sin is of the devil, for the devil has sinned from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of Yahweh was manifested; that He might destroy the works of the devil.

The Savior said the following:
Mattithyah 7:17—
Likewise, every Righteous tree brings forth Righteous fruit; but a tree of evil brings forth fruit of iniquity.

Take careful notice of His words in the next verse:
Mattithyah 7:19—
Every tree which does not bring forth Righteous fruit is cut down, and cast into the fire.

Now notice what Yahshua says to religious leaders—preacher, priest, Pope, rabbi, or whatever they call themselves:
Mattithyah 7:21-23—
21 Not everyone who says to Me; Teacher! Teacher! will enter into the Kingdom of Yahweh, but only he who does the will of My Father Who is in heaven.
22 Many will say to Me in that day; Teacher! Teacher! Have we not prophesied in Your Name, and cast out demons in Your Name, and in Your Name performed many wonderful works?
23 But then I will declare to them; I never knew you. Get away from Me, you who practice iniquity; you who break the Law of Yahweh!

According to the Greek dictionary in Strong's Exhaustive Concordance, the word iniquity is word #458 from word #459, and means: transgression of the law, not subject to the law.

Who will be allowed eternal life? Seek the answer in the words of the Savior; He does not lie.

Revelation 22:12-14—
12 And behold, I come quickly, and My Reward is with Me, to give every man according as his work will be.
13 I am the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End.
14 Blessed are those who keep His Laws, that they may have right to the Tree of Life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.

Yahweh's Laws have not been taught for about 2,000 years. Sometimes a preacher or the Pope will say that we should keep the Laws, but they do not teach that we should keep the Laws of Yahweh, which the Savior and the Prophets referred to. Look at what the Savior said to you— preachers, priests and Popes.

Luke 24:25—
Then He said to them: O fools, and slow of heart to believe all that the Prophets have spoken!

 
Can these words be any plainer? You either choose deception or you choose the Savior's Words. He does not lie.

Sin is the breaking of Yahweh's Laws. Ten of those Laws are found in:
Exodus 20:2-17—
2 I am Yahweh your Heavenly Father Who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.
3 You shall have no hinder gods (elohim) at all. They are in opposition against Me.
4 You shall not make for yourself any carved image; an idol, in the form of anything in heaven above, or on the earth beneath, or in the waters below.
5 You shall not bow down to them nor serve them; for I, Yahweh your Father, am a Heavenly Father Who is zealous for My House. I will make it known that the diseases caused by the sexual misconduct of the fathers will be upon their children to the third and fourth generations of those who hate Me,
6 But I will show My love to thousands who love Me by keeping My Laws.
7 You shall not take the Name of Yahweh your Heavenly Father to bring it to nothing, for Yahweh will not hold him guiltless who brings dishonor upon or profanes His Name.
8 Remember the Sabbath Day, to keep it holy.
9 Six days you shall labor and do all your work,
10 But the Seventh Day is the Sabbath of Yahweh your Heavenly Father. In it you shall do no regular work: you, nor your wife, nor your son, nor your daughter, nor your manservant, nor your maidservant, nor your cattle, nor the stranger who dwells within your gates.
11 For in six days Yahweh made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them; and rested the Seventh Day. Therefore, Yahweh blessed the Sabbath Day, and hallowed it; Yahweh made the Sabbath Day holy.
12 Honor your father and your mother, so your days may be long upon the land which Yahweh your Father is giving you.
13 You shall not murder.
14 You shall not commit adultery.
15 You shall not steal.
16 You shall not bear false testimony against your neighbor.
17 You shall not covet; lust after, your neighbor's house; you shall not covet your neighbor's wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his donkey, nor anything that belongs to your neighbor.

These are some of the Laws spoken of by the Savior, the Prophets, and the
Apostles. If you break one, you are guilty of sin.

Yaaqob 2:5-12—
5 Listen, my beloved brothers: Has not Yahweh chosen the poor of the world, to be rich in faith, and heirs of the Kingdom which He has promised to those who love Him?
6 But you have despised the poor! Do not rich men oppress; persecute, you, and drag you into court?
7 Do they not blaspheme that Worthy Name; Yahweh, by which you are called?
8 If you fulfill the royal Law according to the Scripture: You must love your neighbor as yourself, you do Righteousness;
9 But if you show respect to persons, you commit sin, and are convicted by the Law as transgressors.
10 For whoever keeps the whole Law, and yet offends in one point, he is guilty of all.
11 For He Who said: Do not commit adultery, also said: Do not murder. Now if you do not commit adultery, yet you do murder, you have become a transgressor of the Law.
12 So speak, and so do, as those who are being judged by the Law of liberty. 

Now notice the following verses:
Hebrews 10:16, 24-25—
16 This is the Covenant that I will renew with them after those days, says Yahweh: I will put My Laws into their hearts, and in their minds I will write them;
24 And let us consider one another, how we may urge one another on toward love and Righteous Works;
25 Not forsaking the gathering of ourselves together, as the manner of some is, but exhorting one another; and so much the more as you see the day approaching.

The gathering of ourselves together is speaking of the Holy Convocation we are commanded to have on the Seventh Day Sabbath, which is Saturday of each week. This is the Fourth Commandment.

Exodus 20:8-11—
8 Remember the Sabbath Day, to keep it holy.
9 Six days you shall labor and do all your work,
10 But the Seventh Day is the Sabbath of Yahweh your Heavenly Father. In it you shall do no regular work: you, nor your wife, nor your son, nor your daughter, nor your manservant, nor your maidservant, nor your cattle, nor the stranger who dwells within your gates.
11 For in six days Yahweh made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them; and rested the Seventh Day. Therefore, Yahweh blessed the Sabbath Day, and hallowed it; Yahweh made the Sabbath Day holy.

The Apostle Shaul was inspired to write the following:
Hebrews 4:1-11—
1 Therefore, since a promise of entering His Rest remains, let us fear so that none of you should come short of it.
2 For this Message was preached to us, as well as to them; but the Word which they heard did not benefit them, because they did not share in The Faith of those who obeyed—
3 However, we who have believed do enter that Rest, as He has said: So I vowed in My Judgment, they will not enter into My rest.
4 For He spoke in a certain place of the Seventh Day, in this way: And Yahweh rested the Seventh Day from all His Works.
5 And in this place again: If they will enter into My Rest.
6 Since therefore it remains that some must enter it, and those to whom it was first preached did not enter because of disobedience,
7 Again, He designates a certain day, saying in David: "Today,'' after so long a time, as it has been said: Today, if you will hear His Voice, do not harden your hearts.
8 Now Yahshua caused them to rest in obedience to the Law, spoken of by Yahweh in a day previously.
9 Therefore, there remains the keeping of the Sabbath to the People of Yahweh,
10 For he who has entered into His rest has also ceased from his own works, as Yahweh did from His.
11 Therefore, let us be zealous to enter into that rest, so that no one may fall after the same example of unbelief.

Notice, verse 6 says that they don't enter because of unbelief. That is the same reason religious leaders do not enter today, unbelief. Where does that place the religious leaders today? Get your answer from the Savior; He does not lie.

Revelation 21:8—
But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and worshipers of gods (elohim), and all liars, will have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone—which is the second death.

 
Let's look at:
Hebrews 4:9—
Therefore, there remains the keeping of the Sabbath to the People of Yahweh.

The Sabbath Law was never done away with. Although, I know you have heard otherwise. Again, let's seek our answer in the teachings of the Savior; He does not lie.

Mattithyah 5:17-19—
17 Do not even think that I have come to destroy the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to destroy them, but to establish them.
18 For truly I say to you; Unless heaven and earth pass away, one yodh—the smallest of the letters—will in no way pass from the Law, until all things are perfected.
19 Whosoever, therefore, will break one of the least of these Laws, and will teach men so, he will be called before the Judges and cut off from the Kingdom of Yahweh; but whosoever will do and teach them, the same will be called before the Judges and proclaimed great in the Kingdom of Yahweh.

Remember, the Savior said that those who break the Father's Laws will be put out.

Mattithyah 7:23—
But then I will declare to them; I never knew you. Get away from Me, you who practice iniquity; you who break the Law of Yahweh!

Revelation 22:14-15—
14 Blessed are those who keep His Laws, that they may have right to the Tree of Life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.
15 For outside are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and worshipers of gods (elohim) and everyone who professes to love, yet practices breaking the Law.

Now let's look at:
Hebrews 4:10—
For he who has entered into His Rest has also ceased from his own works, as Yahweh did from His.

On what day did Yahweh rest?

Hebrews 4:4—
For He spoke in a certain place of the Seventh Day, in this way: And Yahweh rested the Seventh Day from all His Works.

The only reason anyone would follow religions that do not keep Yahweh's Laws is because they desire to be deceived. The truth is, the Savior's Words are too plain for deception. The Apostle Shaul spoke of them in:
II Timothy 4:1—
Therefore, I charge you before Yahweh, and Yahshua Messiah Who will sentence who is to live and who is to die at His appearing and His Kingdom.

Who is to live?

Mattithyah 7:21—
Not everyone who says to Me; Teacher! Teacher! will enter into the Kingdom of Yahweh, but only he who does the will of My Father Who is in heaven.

Revelation 22:14—
Blessed are those who keep His Laws, that they may have right to the Tree of Life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.

II Timothy 4:3-4—
3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts they will heap to themselves teachers, who will tickle their ears; telling them what they want to hear.
4 And they will turn away their ears from the Truth, and will be turned to fables.
