The Quartet is active just as Yahweh shows in prophecy, and as we see in the newsmedia today. As stated in our book,
The End, what the news media refers to as the
Quartet is referred to as the four
messengers in The Book of Yahweh and
four angels in the King James
Version. Because the King James Version translated the Hebrew word malak as angel, it has kept many from seeing this prophecy
fulfilled. The Hebrew word malak (malakim) actually means
messenger(s).
The messenger or malak of each nation is the one appointed to be the front man, receiving authority from what the Holy Scriptures refer to as a beastly system.
Revelation 7:1-3—
1 And after these things I saw four malakim standing on the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, so that the wind should not blow on the earth, nor on the sea, nor on any tree.
2 And I saw another malak ascending from the east, having the seal of the living Father; and he cried with a loud voice to the four malakim, to whom it was given to hurt the earth and the sea,
3 Saying: Hurt not the earth, neither the sea, nor the trees, until we have sealed the servants of our Father in their foreheads.

PEACE TALK MEETING FOR MIDEAST QUARTET

LONDON (Reuters) _ Envoys from the Middle East quartet _ the United States, Russia, the United Nations and the European Union _ will attend a meeting on Palestinian reform in London on March 1, the government says.
The news, following Tuesday's ceasefire declaration by Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon and Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, adds impetus to a personal initiative by Prime Minister Tony Blair in the search for Middle East peace.
The meeting will discuss reform of Palestinian institutions and financial aid, seen by all sides as critical to taking forward the peace process and the creation of a separate state. Israel, however, has declined to attend.
The Foreign Office said it had sent invitations a few days ago, and delegates from the quartet, an international group seeking to promote Middle East peace, would attend.
"As (U.S. Secretary of State) Condoleezza Rice and Prime Minister Tony Blair will be there, we are hoping the quartet will be represented at a senior level," a spokesman said.
Palestinians welcomed the quartet's participation, as did Israel. A foreign ministry spokesman said Israel would continue to do its part to implement a U.S.-backed plan or "road map" towards peaceful co-existence.
As momentum in the fragile peace process builds, Britain has been careful not to bill the meeting as a peace conference, but as a forum to help establish a Palestinian infrastructure.
"I hope very much the conference ….will allow us to give Palestinians the plan they need so when Israeli disengagement happens… (they) have what they need in terms of beginnings of an independent viable state," Blair told parliament on Wednesday.
Russia Confirms
"It's only if that can be agreed that we've got any chance of reaching the solution I think everyone wants…two states, a secure Israel, an independent Palestinian state living side by side in peace." Blair added.
The one-day meeting, which will include Arab states and the World Bank along with top Palestinian officials, is aimed at making its political and security institutions more democratic and less corrupt.
Although diplomats say Blair had to scale back grander peacemaking designs for the meeting, some experts say the meeting could make a useful Contribution.
"Coming at the conference from his angle is a stroke of genius as it could help the Palestinians develop their taste for democracy said a parliamentary source involved in the region. He said it was also crucial to lure private investors and donors, including Arab nations, to fuel Palestinian reconstruction.
In Moscow, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov confirmed the quartet representatives would meet at the conference.
"When we received the invitation, Russia took the initiative to organize a meeting of quartet members during the conference." Lavrov told Itar-Tass news agency, adding members had agreed.reuters.co.uk
Prophecy shows, and we will witness, the following events take place in this last three and one-half years of man's governments. This time period started April 13, 2004 when George W. Bush and Ariel Sharon initiated the last half of the seven year peace plan that was confirmed with the late Israeli Prime Minister, Yitzhak Rabin on September 13, 1993.
The quartet has been busily at work, in targeted nations, replacing leaders who did not agree with their plan, with men who will agree with them. Their plan is to bring peace, but through their policy of forced peace they will destroy many, according to the prophecies of your Bible.
And through his policy, he will also cause craft; deceit and fraud, to succeed in his hand; and he will magnify himself in his heart, and by peace will destroy many...
They have come to the point—through placing and replacing men, iterating and reiterating movements—that they now foresee light or peace at the end of the road. But the prophets show that the nations will not achieve peace in this time period, even though they actively pursue it.
For when they will say: Peace—true peace, then sudden destruction comes upon them, as labor pains upon a woman with child; and they will not escape.
The wars taking place now are just a drop in the ocean compared to the wars being rumored that prophecy shows will take place in this last three and one-half years. We are now in this time period that the prophets so clearly warned us of in the Holy Scriptures.
The step by step details of the events concerning the quartet's actions and the result of these actions are found in our books, The Mark of the Beast and The End. Written in these same books are the steps you must take now to protect yourself and your loved ones in the coming months. You will not get this information from any major religious organization today. In fact, the prophets show they are all cut off from Yahweh because of their lack of morals. They all teach and practice sin, which is the breaking of Yahweh's Laws.
Whoever commits sin, transgresses also the Law; for sin is the transgression of the Law.
1 Behold, Yahweh's hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; nor His ear heavy, that it cannot hear.
2 But your own iniquities have separated you from your Father; and your own sins have caused Him to hide His face from you, so He will not listen.
3 For your hands are defiled with blood, and your fingers with iniquity; sin. Your lips have spoken lies, your tongue has muttered perverseness.
4 No one calls for justice, nor does any plead for truth. They trust in vanity; confusion, and speak lies; scriptural untruths. They conceive mischief; trouble, and give birth to evil; sin.
5 They hatch vipers' eggs, and weave the spiders' web; he who eats their eggs dies, and when one is broken a viper bursts out.
6 Their webs will not serve as clothing, nor will they cover themselves with what they make; their works are works of iniquity, and the act of violence is in their hands.
7 Their feet run to evil, and they make haste to shed innocent blood; their thoughts are thoughts of iniquity; wasting and destruction are in their paths.
8 They do not know the way of peace, and there is no judgment in their goings: they have made themselves crooked paths; whoever walks on them will not know peace.
Yahweh's prophets show clearly that today's religious world breaks Yahweh's Laws and is filled with hatred, violence and war. The world's religions and those who follow them do not know the way to peace, neither do they know the way to salvation.
The quartet is prophesied to lead all nations into devastating war at a rate similar to pains which come upon a woman with child. This time period started after the four leading powers decided on what they think is a foolproof plan for peace, which they plan to force upon all nations. Notice, prophecy shows that they will think they have a sure way to secure peace.
For when they will say: Peace—true peace, then sudden destruction comes upon them, as labor pains upon a woman with child; and they will not escape.
To place this time period in its true perspective, notice that the first verse is speaking of the end time when Yahweh's appearing takes place.
1 But concerning the times and the seasons, brothers, you have no need that I should write to you.
2 For you yourselves know perfectly that the day of Yahweh so comes as a thief in the night.
3 For when they will say: Peace -- true peace, then sudden destruction comes upon them, as labor pains upon a woman with child; and they will not escape.
4 But you, brothers, are not in darkness, so that this day would overtake you like a thief.
5 You are all the children of light, and the children of the day; we are not of the night, nor of darkness.
Many religious imposters use the second verse to say that we can't know when the end will be. But, if you read verses 2, 4 and 5 together you will see it's only those blind religious imposters, who are blinded by their own sins and cut off from Yahweh, who do not know the time, nor do they understand the plan of Yahweh. The Prophet Yeremyah spoke of them in the following verses.
21 I have not sent these prophets, yet they ran; I have not spoken of them, yet they prophesied.
22 But if they had stood in My counsel, and had caused My people to hear My words; the Law and the Prophets, then they would have turned them from their evil way, and from the evil of their doings.
26 How long will this be in the heart of the prophets who prophesy lies? Yes, they are prophets of the deceit of their own minds;
27 Who devise; plan and scheme, to cause My people to forget My Name through their dreams, which they tell every man to his neighbor, just as their fathers have forgotten My Name for Baal; Lord.
The Savior called them blind leaders of those they have blinded and said that they will deceive the whole world and bring it to destruction.
4 Yahshua answered, and said to them: Be on guard, so that no man deceives you;
5 For many will come against My Name, saying: I am anointed to preach salvation!__and will deceive many.
11 And many false prophets will rise, and will deceive many.
12 And because iniquity; the breaking of Yahweh's Law, will abound, the love of the many will grow cold.
21 For then will be great tribulation, such as has not come to pass since the beginning of the world to this time - no, nor ever will be.
22 And unless those days were shortened, there would no flesh be saved; but for the elect's sake, those days will be shortened.
29 Immediately, but after the tribulation of those days will the sun be darkened, and the moon will not give her light, and the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken.
30 And then will appear the sign of the Son of Man in heaven; and then will all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.
The Prophet Isayah also showed the end result of their sins.
1 Before Yahweh's very eyes, the earth is made empty and it is made waste. Its face is perverted, and its inhabitants are scattered abroad.
2 And it will be: as with the people, so with the priest; as with the servant, so with his owner; as with the maid, so with her mistress; as with the buyer, so with the seller; as with the lender, so with the borrower; as with him who takes usury, so with him who gives usury to him:
3 The land will be utterly emptied and utterly plundered, for Yahweh has spoken this word.
4 The earth mourns and fades away, the world mourns and fades away, and the haughty people of the earth languish.
5 The earth also is defiled under the inhabitants of it, because they have transgressed the Laws, changed the ordinance, and broken the everlasting covenant.
6 Because of this, the curse has devoured the earth, and they who dwell therein are desolate; therefore, the inhabitants of the earth are burned, and few men left.
What is shown above in Mattithyah 24 and Isayah 24 is the end result and what brings this kind of destruction about. Remember, we are speaking of a three and one-half year time period that ends with nuclear war that blots out the sun. But the sun is not blotted out until the last part of this three and one-half years that we are now in. Notice closely the words of the Savior.
29 Immediately, but after the tribulation of those days will the sun be darkened, and the moon will not give her light, and the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken.
30 And then will appear the sign of the Son of Man in heaven; and then will all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.
Notice, the sign of the Savior does not appear until the last part of a great tribulation—the greatest time of trouble in the history of mankind.
21 For then will be great tribulation, such as has not come to pass since the beginning of the world to this time - no, nor ever will be.
22 And unless those days were shortened, there would no flesh be saved; but for the elect's sake, those days will be shortened.
Notice in verse 22 that He is speaking of a time cut short. The Savior is speaking of a prophesied time period. But what time period? He gives us the answer in verse 15.
Therefore, when you will see The Lord of heaven; the Abomination of Desolation, spoken of by Daniyl the prophet, standing in the Holy Place—whoever reads, let him understand.
Notice, Daniyl the prophet tells us that this last time period is cut short.
6 And one said to the man clothed in linen, who on that future day is teaching: How long will it be to the end of these wonders?
7 Then I heard the man clothed in linen, who on that future day is teaching, when he held up his right hand and his left hand toward heaven, and vowed by Him Who lives forever, that: It will be for a time, times, and a half, when Yahweh will have accomplished pouring out His power through His holy people, all these things will be finished.
We are in the last time period given by Daniyl the prophet—the time cut short. For complete details concerning this great prophecy, written especially for this generation, get the books The Mark of the Beast, Volumes One and Two and The End.
The wars in progress at this time will continually grow worse, as pains upon a woman with child. This is the most dangerous time period of all time; yet, it's the most exciting time period in the history of mankind.
We can live to see what Yahweh warned that sin would bring. We can witness this for ourselves. We already see the many curses—the deadly diseases—created and spread by fornication. There are over 125 STDs growing like an avalanche rolling down a mountain side. Hatred and war are also growing and the nations are getting closer to an all out nuclear war, just as Yahweh said.
And the nations were angry, and Your light and justice is come; and the time of the dead, that they should be sentenced, and that You should give reward to Your servants the prophets, and to all the saints—to those who reverence Your Name, small and great; and should judge those who destroy the earth.
The true meaning of the Hebrew words translated the nations were angry is provoked to anger, hatred, provocation, indignation, wrath.

WASHINGTON, Feb 16 (Reuters) _ The United States faces a range of threats from North Korean and Iranian missiles to a Sept. 11-scale attack by Islamist militants, inspired by Osama bin Laden and hardened by their experience in
Iraq, top U.S. intelligence officials warned on Wednesday.
In his first public appearance as U.S. spymaster, CIA Director Porter Goss told the Senate Select Committee on
intelligence there was an emerging terrorist threat from experienced fighters now battling U.S.-led forced in Iraq later
joining international militants.
"The Iraq conflict, while not a cause of extremism, has become a cause for extremists," he said.
Threats From North Korea, Iran
In addition to terrorist groups, Goss also pointed to threats posed by a nuclear-armed North Korea and an Islamic
regime in Iran that U.S. officials fear is seeking nuclear weapons.
A week after Pyongyang for the first time said explicitly it has nuclear weapons, Goss underscored North Korea's
ability to field effective long-range missiles.
He noted that Iran was also pursuing long-range ballistic missiles at a time when the Islamic Republic refuses to
give up its ability to produce enriched uranium that could be used in nuclear weapons development.

WASHINGTON (AP)- Al-Qaida and associated groups top the list of threats to the United States, leading government
intelligence officials told Congress on Wednesday is a grim assessment that also highlighted
Iran's emergence as a major threat to American interest in the Middle
East.
Despite gains made against al-Qaida and other affiliates, CIA Director Porter Goss, in an unusually blunt statement before
the mostly secretive Senate Intelligence Committee, said the terror group is intent on finding ways to circumvent U.S. security
enhancements to attack the homeland.
"It may be only a matter of time before al-Qaida or other groups attempt to use chemical, biological, radiological or nuclear
weapons. We must focus on that," Goss said.
"I remain very concerned about what we are not seeing,' he said in his prepared remarks.
Also at the hearing, the head of the Defense Intelligence Agency, Vice Adm. Lowell Jacoby,
painted Iran as a leading threat to U.S. interests in the Middle
East. In his prepared testimony, Jacoby said he believes that Iran will continue its support for terrorism and
aid for insurgents in Iraq.
Goss also said that the intelligence community has yet to get to the "end of the trail" of the
nuclear black market run by disgraced Pakistani scientist, A.Q. Khan.
He also couldn't assure senators that the United States doesn't face a threat from nuclear weapons that may be missing
from Russia.

TEHRAN, Feb 13 (Reuters) _ Iran warned the United States on Sunday not to attack its nuclear
facilities and said talks with Europe might produce a deal to defuse the dispute over its alleged covert ambitions to build atomic weapons.
"They know our capabilities. We have clearly told the Europeans to tell the Americans not to play with fire," Iranian
spokesman Hamid Reza Asefi told a news briefing in Tehran, referring to Washington's refusal to rule out the use of force.
Asefi said Iran was determined to continue its nuclear programme, which it says is solely for peaceful power generation.
But Washington accuses Tehran of secretly pursuing atomic weapons under cover of the civil programme and says it does not rule
out any option to stop it acquiring them.
German Foreign Minister Joschka Fischer however signaled a tougher tone on Iran on Sunday.
Fischer did not say what action could ensue from a referral to the Security Council, noting there was resistance to U.S. calls
for sanctions against Tehran. Diplomats say permanent, veto-holding Council members Russia and China would oppose them.
U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice said last week Tehran must accept terms offered by the European Union or be
referred to the U.N. Security Council for possible sanctions.

TEHRAN, Feb 16 (Reuters) _ Iran and
Syria, both locked in rows with the United States, said on Wednesday
they would form a common front to face challenges and
threats.
"We are ready to help Syria on all grounds to confront threats," Iranian Vice-President Mohammad Reza
Aref said in Tehran after meeting Syrian Prime Minister Naji al-Otari.
Otari told reporters: "This meeting, which takes place at this sensitive time, is important, especially
because Syria and Iran face several challenges and it is necessary to build a common front."
Syria's ambassador to the United States, asked by CNN what the common front with Iran entailed,
stressed that it was not an anti-American alliance and said Syria was trying to improve its relations with Washington.
Washington recalled its ambassador to Syria for urgent consultations on Tuesday to show its deep
displeasure with Damascus after Monday's killing of former Lebanese Prime Minister Rafik al-Hariri.
Washington has branded Iran part of an "axis of evil" along with pre-war Iraq and North Korea and
accuses Tehran of seeking nuclear weapons. Iran says its nuclear programme is solely for electricity generation.
Bush has dubbed Iran "the world's primary state sponsor of terror" and has warned the United States
could use military action to prevent it acquiring a nuclear bomb.
We are well into the last three and one-half years of man's governments of and by the people. There is a lot that this world needs to know about salvation and about the reason mankind was created.
