The United States is losing the war on terrorism and faces an "inevitable" al-Qaida attack with weapons of mass destruction that will be worse than 9-11, according to a counter-terror expert.
"All of the warnings we have today indicate that a major strike—something more horrible than anything we've seen before—is all but inevitable." said Yossef Bodansky, former director of the U.S. Congressional Task Force on Terrorism and Unconventional Warfare, in an interview yesterday with the Jerusalem Post.
Since the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks, Bodansky said, the number of people trained and willing to die has more than doubled to an estimated 500,000 to 750,000. Intelligence estimates say another 10 million are willing to support them actively while another 50 million would provide financial assistance.

U.S. war on terrorism renews debate over women in military

Washington - Women make up about 14% of the U.S. armed forces - flying helicopter gunships, helping propel nuclear-powered warships, collecting intelligence, and yes, serving up grub in chow lines.
When the new, 21st-century war rages, it's a safe bet that women will have key roles in the retaliation that President George W. Bush has promised.
   That's due, in part, to changes enacted in the early '90s in the aftermath of the Persian Gulf War - new rules ushering women aboard combat ships and combat planes.
   Women's service in U.S. armed forces dates to the Revolutionary War, when, unofficially, they either dressed as men to join or accompanied husbands onto battlefields, according to a report, "Women in the Military: Where They Stand."
   The Washington-based Women's Research & Education Institute, which promotes equity for women, published the report last year.
   Lory Manning, a retired Navy captain who spent more than 25 years in the service, was one of the report's authors.
"The military couldn't operate without women today," Manning says, pointing out that their gender is hardly new news anymore.
   Today, "there's a lot more women in the armed services . . . serving in a far greater range of specialties, and most significantly, they are serving in combat, while still excluded from ground combat," said Campbell, of the women's law center.

Old Soldiers Called Back To Duty

NEW YORK (CBS) This past week, the Pentagon announced it's boosting the levels of U.S. troops in Iraq to its highest point ever - 150,000.
   It's sending in paratroopers from the 82nd Airborne, extending the tours of Marines, and it has started drawing from a pool of semi-retired soldiers called the Individual Ready Reserve.
   It's a sign that the Army needs able, and not so able, bodies very quickly. And many of the men and women being mobilized from the Ready Reserve _ approximately 5,000 this year _ are not very happy about it.
   Many of those soldiers who have answered the call have come to Fort Jackson, S.C., for training. It's a place none of them really expected to be. In fact, very few expected to be mobilized at all.
   "I automatically started crying for about two hours. I couldn't stop, because I knew I was gonna have to leave my babies," says Spc. Carey Trevino, who was called up in August.
   She's 31, and has three kids _ the youngest a 7-month-old baby boy. She'll be leaving her children behind when she goes to Iraq, for another year-and-a-half.
   "I need to serve my country and the call has come out, so I am doing that," says Chief Warrant Officer Margaret Murray, who did her active duty back in the '60s.
   She's 55, and 4 feet, 8 inches tall. Her M-16 is almost as big as she is, but that didn't stop her from qualifying as a marksman this week.
   Does she find it unusual that the Army is now calling up a female soldier in her 50s, who has been in the reserves for 40 years? "No. Although I think what they need to look at is our ability to perform in a tactical environment," says Murray. "For myself, I am going to find that a difficult thing to do physically."
  Especially if Murray winds up in a place like Fallujah. Does she find that daunting? "Scary," says Murray. "[But] I need to do my job. … I did not retire. And so, now the Army's calling me back to service. And I'm here to do that."

Russia reveals new missile threat
Russia revealed it was fitting its strategic bombers with cruise missiles capable of delivering a massive precision strike thousands of miles away—giving away the first clear hint of its post-Cold War military strategy.
  "We have broken the US monopoly on the use of long-range conventional cruise missiles," an unnamed senior air force commander told ITAR-TASS.
   The announcement followed months of cryptic statements from President Vladimir Putin and his top generals that Russia was developing a new missile program that is a step ahead of any western rivals—including technology developed by the United States.
   Putin declared last month that Russia had `conducted tests of the latest nuclear rocket systems' in a cryptic comment that puzzled military strategists but seemed aimed at Washington and its mooted missile defense shield that Moscow considers illegal.
Russia has been developing a range of new missiles capable of penetrating US defenses as a result.

We are not just seeing frustration among foreign nations, we are seeing hatred developing here in the U.S., as well.

Anti-war protesters rally across US
Opposition to conflict has been growing in the US
Tens of thousands of people have attended anti-war rallies across the United States.
   The protest in New York was the largest gathering of American opponents to conflict since the start of the current threats of military action against Iraq...
   It was one of more than 25 rallies organized by the Not In Our Name group to coincide with the first anniversary of the start of the US-led military campaign in Afghanistan.
   The estimated 20,000 people who gathered in New York's Central Park were joined by Hollywood stars to speak out against any future war.
   Actress Susan Sarandon asked: "Do we the people really want to be a new Rome that imposes its rule by the use of overwhelming force whenever its interests are threatened? Even perceived potential threats? We do not want endless warfare."
   The crowds in New York, along with similar gatherings in Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle and many smaller communities, also recited a "pledge of resistance" devised by Not In Our Name.
It includes: "Not in our name will you invade countries, bomb civilians, kill more children, letting history take its course over the graves of the nameless."

US soldiers seek asylum in Canada

Two US soldiers pleading for asylum in Canada after walking out on their units over fierce objections to the Iraq war have appeared in a Toronto courtroom.
   Jeremy Hinzman, 25, attended a technical pre-hearing at Canada's Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB) in Toronto on Wednesday, supported by another fugitive American soldier Brandon Hughey.
   The controversy surrounding the two men has ignited controversy in the United States, and sympathy in Canada, especially among those who opposed the Iraq war.
Vietnam reflected
It has also revived memories of the "underground railroad" of activists which transported hundreds of US objectors to the country during the Vietnam war.
   Hinzman, who like Hughey has a website to publicise his case, recently spoke at an anti-war rally at the US consulate in Toronto.
   He served in Afghanistan with the 82nd Airborne but left the United States for Canada with his wife and son after learning the US army planned to send him to Iraq.
    Military brass denied his request for conscientious objector status, prompting his asylum claim in Canada in January.
Prosecution and persecution
   Both men argue they face prosecution tantamount to persecution in the US because of their strong political beliefs and should therefore be granted haven in Canada.
War legality questioned
  Hughey argued that as a US soldier, he was not bound to serve in Iraq as the war was "illegal" as it involved the invasion of a sovereign nation without the full backing of the United Nations.
   Canada refused US entreaties to send troops to join US President George Bush's "coalition of the willing" in Iraq - a move that soured relations with its powerful southern neighbour.

What Does Prophecy Say?

More and more propaganda is being waged against the Holy Scriptures in an attempt to turn you from seeing that what the nations are doing is exactly what is prophesied in your Bible.

Yes, hatred is also being built against anything and everything that has to do with obedience to the Holy Scriptures, the way the holy men and women of old lived, and the Laws they practiced, even down to the veil that the holy women wore.

An Identity Reduced to a Burka

Recent articles in the Western media suggest the burka means everything to Muslim women, because they routinely express bewilderment at the fact that all Afghan women didn't cast off their burkas when the Taliban was defeated. The Western press' obsession with the dress of Muslim women is not surprising, however, since the press tends to view Muslims, in general, simplistically. Headlines in the mainstream media have reduced Muslim female identity to an article of clothing—"the veil."
   The word "veil" does not even have a universal meaning. In some cultures, it refers to a face-covering known as niqab; in others, to a simple head scarf, known as hijab. Other manifestations of "the veil" include all-encompassing outer garments like the ankle-length abaya from the Persian Gulf states, the chador in Iran or the burka in Afghanistan.
   What doesn't penetrate Western consciousness, however, is that forced uncovering is also a tool of oppression. During the reign of Shah Mohammad Reza Pahlavi in Iran, wearing the veil was prohibited. As an expression of their opposition to his repressive regime, women who supported the 1979 Islamic Revolution marched in the street clothed in chadors.
    In Turkey, the secular regime considers the head scarf a symbol of extremist elements that want to overthrow the government. Accordingly, women who wear any type of head-covering are banned from public office, government jobs and academia, including graduate school. Turkish women who believe the head-covering is a religious obligation are unfairly forced to give up public life or opportunities for higher education and career advancement.
   Some governments impose a strict dress code along with other restrictions, like limiting education for women, to appear "authentically Islamic." Such laws, in fact, are inconsistent with Islam. Nevertheless, these associations lead to the general perception that "behind the veil" lurk other, more insidious examples of the repression of women, and that wearing the veil somehow causes the social ills that plague Muslim women around the world.
    Choosing to dress modestly, including wearing a head scarf, should be as respected as choosing not to cover. Accusations that modestly dressed Muslim women are caving in to male-dominated under-standings of Islam neglect the reality that most Muslim women who cover by choice do so out of subservience to God, not to any human being.

The holy women of old wore veils across their faces. The mother of the Savior wore a veil over her face also. Doesn't it seem strange to you that the veil would be hated so much today? If you remember, it was supposed to be Osama bin Laden and Saddam Hussein who we were told to hate.

But now we are supposed to turn our hatred toward everyone who wears a veil or dresses differently than we do. How far will this hatred reach before we wake up to the fact that something is wrong and that what is being done is not making things better?

The prophecies that all religions scoff at in this generation have foretold this hatred among the nations for this time period.

Revelation 11:18—
And the nations were angry, and Your judgment is come; and the time of the dead, that they should be sentenced, and that You should give reward to Your servants the prophets and to all the saints—to those who reverence Your Name, small and great; and should destroy those who destroy the earth.

The Hebrew word translated angry means provoked, enraged, violent, abhorrence, indignation, vengeance, and wrath.

What Comes Next In Prophecy?

The prophecies show that what we are now in is a three and one-half year time period in which the nations will be involved in small wars like we now see taking place. From these wars, one-third of mankind will be killed over a fourth part of the earth. This will take place under the leadership, authority, and guidance of the Quartet. Remember, this will take place in this three and one-half year or 42-month time period which is also known as the great tribulation.

In this same time period, certain nations will be defeated to a point, not completely, but to a point to which the leading nations will declare that we at last have "Shalom, Shalom"—"Peace true Peace." This is prophesied to be a false peace, because hatred will continue to build and powers will continue being developed. Sudden destruction will come upon all nations, not all at once, but as the pains upon a woman with child.

I Thessalonians 5:3—
For when they will say: Peace—true peace! Then sudden destruction comes upon them, as labor pains upon a woman with child; and they will not escape.

Notice that this time period is the same time period of the coming of the Savior.

I Thessalonians 4:16—
For Yahshua Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the malak gadol, and with the trumpet of Yahweh. And the dead in Messiah will be raised first.

I Thessalonians 5:4—
But you, brothers, are not in darkness, so that this day would overtake you like a thief.

The coming of the Savior will be during the greatest time of hatred ever. We will witness hatred so vicious and powerful that no nation will be left untouched.

Mattithyah 24:12—
And because iniquity; the breaking of Yahweh's Law, will abound, the love of the many will grow cold.

Mattithyah 24:21-22, 29-30—
21 For then will be great tribulation, such as has not come to pass since the beginning of the world to this time^__no, nor ever will be.
22 And unless those days were shortened, there would no flesh be saved; but for the elect's sake, those days will be shortened.
29 Immediately, but after the tribulation of those days will the sun be darkened, and the moon will not give her light, and the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken.
30 And then will appear the sign of the Son of Man in heaven; and then will all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.

This is an evil and adulterous generation. The Savior said that the present time period would be just like the days of Noah, with every thought and intent of the heart evil continually.

The hatred, enragement, and violence of the minds and hearts of mankind are all prevalent in this time period. Just watching the news, it is very evident that the thoughts of men and women are geared toward fornication, adultery, hatred, violence, and war for this time period. Prophecy even shows this.

This Type Of Lifestyle Brings Many Curses

Yahweh inspired His prophets to show us that breaking His Laws of peace will bring hatred, violence, and war. In the past 100 years, we have brought all of this upon ourselves and the worst is yet to come. But come it will, for the religions of mankind will not repent. This, too, is prophesied.

Revelation 9:18,20-21—
18 By these three were the third part of men killed: by the fire, and by the smoke, and by the brimstone, which issued out of their mouths.
20 And the rest of the men who were not killed by these plagues, still did not repent of the works of their hands, that they should not worship demons, and gods (elohim, teraphim) of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which can neither see, nor hear, nor walk;
21 Neither did they repent of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts.

Notice, the religions will not repent of fornication. Illegal sex is rampant because all families of the earth are being trained by Hollywood with its stars of sickness and disease. Yet, don't they make it look desirable? Yes, indeed they do, and they and you will continue to suffer bitterly.

Millions and millions of cases of HIV, syphilis, and over 125 other STDs are tearing down the hearts, minds, and over-all health of mankind.

The death rate will soon completely overshadow the birthrate. According to prophecy, four-fifths of the earth's population will be destroyed before the end of this 42 moon (3½ year) time period.

Only then will those left alive agree to repent and be converted to the great wisdom of Yahweh, the Holy Scriptures. The same inspired Scriptures that are condemned today by propaganda.

What Does Yahweh Say To You?

Revelation 18:1-5—
1 And after these things I saw another malak come down from heaven, having great authority; and the earth was enlightened with His glory.
2 And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying: Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of demons, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.
3 For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth have grown rich through the abundance of her delicacies.
4 And I heard another voice from heaven, saying: Come out of her, My people, so that you do not partake in her sins, and so that you do not receive of her plagues,
5 For her sins have reached unto heaven, and Yahweh has remembered her iniquities!

Please notice the thing that has caused all the suffering today is sin. Sin is the breaking of Yahweh's Laws.

I Yahchanan 3:4—
Whoever commits sin, trangresses also the Law; for sin is the transgression of the Law.

Isayah 24:1-6—
1 Before Yahweh's very eyes, the earth is made empty and it is made waste. Its face is perverted, and its inhabitants are scattered abroad.
2 And it will be: as with the people, so with the priest; as with the servant, so with his owner; as with the maid, so with her mistress; as with the buyer, so with the seller; as with the lender, so with the borrower; as with him who takes usury, so with him who gives usury to him:
3 The land will be utterly emptied and utterly plundered, for Yahweh has spoken this word.
4 The earth mourns and fades away, the world mourns and fades away, and the haughty people of the earth languish.
5 The earth also is defiled under the inhabitants of it, because they have transgressed the Laws, changed the ordinance, and broken the everlasting covenant.
6 Because of this, the curse has devoured the earth, and they who dwell therein are desolate; therefore, the inhabitants of the earth are burned, and few men left.

What the inspired prophecies show for this time period is true. The earth is defiled. The minds and bodies of the people and the priests (preachers) are defiled to the point that hatred, lust, and cruelty seem just and honorable. What is being done today in all nations is totally out of line with the inspired Scriptures. The whole world needs to repent and turn to the peaceful solution shown in the Holy Scriptures.

But don't think that you can go to the religions of this world for repentance and conversion; they are the ones who have changed Yahweh's Laws, and have hidden and condemned the names of our Father Yahweh and our Savior Yahshua. The Savior spoke these words to all who truly desire righteousness.

Revelation 22:12-16—
12 And behold, I come quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give every man according as his work will be.
13 I am the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End.
14 Blessed are those who keep His Laws, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.
15 For outside are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and worshipers of gods (elohim) and everyone who professes to love, yet practices breaking the Law.
16 I, Yahshua, have sent My malak to testify to you these things in the congregations of The House of Yahweh. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the Bright and Morning Star.

Notice what His apostle said in the following Scripture.

I Yahchanan 2:4—
He who says: I know Him, but does not keep His Law is a liar, and the truth is not in him.
